Refunds will be credited in form of gift cards, you can use them in any purchase from our website.
All Replacements & Refund case are considered within 15 days after date of delivery. Not applicable on fragrances.

We would dispatch you the missing product or refund you the amount.

You opened the parcel and the item is damaged

We would dispatch a fresh product asap or refund you your amount.

You received a bad quality product.

We would pick up the bad quality product and send you the replacement or refund your amount.
